Delete your LaundryMax account

From the app (immediate)

Open LaundryMax and sign in, then: Account tab → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Advanced → Delete account → type your email to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, and any linked Google sign-in)
• Your synced closet — every garment and its care details
• Your washing machine settings
• Your billing history, and any active subscription is cancelled immediately

Garments stored only on your device (from before you signed in, or added while signed out) stay on your device — deleting the account removes everything on our servers.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can remove individual pieces of data at any time, keeping your account:

• A garment: open the Closet tab and tap the trash icon on any item — it's removed from your device and our servers immediately.
• A garment's custom photo: open the item → Edit → Avatar → Reset to Default Icon.
• Your name: it's optional — contact us from your account's email address and we'll clear it.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account for account deletion or any partial data-deletion request, and we'll handle it within 30 days.
